HOW TO USE THIS FORMAT
Start with a requirement, not an assumed result.
This page organizes the questions to resolve before a production decision. The final product, commercial terms, documentation and delivery plan need written confirmation for the exact model and destination market.
1. Define the product brief
Identify the intended model, target age group, product configuration, channel and destination market. Use a selected SKU or reference product so the first quotation is tied to a clear starting point.
2. Confirm branding and packaging
Share logo files, colour direction, packaging requirements, languages, barcode or platform requirements and any reference artwork. Confirm final treatment against an approved proof and sample.
3. Review documents and quality scope
List the destination market, product variant, electronic or battery configuration, age grading and retailer requirements. Build inspection points from the approved product, packaging and written order details.
4. Plan handover and delivery
Confirm carton marks, receiving instructions, delivery point, inspection release steps and commercial terms in writing. Timing, shipping and import responsibilities remain subject to the selected order and quotation.
